Minimum qualification for admission and application in Comilla University

Year of SSC / Equivalent Pass: 2017-2018
HSC / Equivalent Pass Year: 2019-2020
Comilla University’s 2019-20 admission test will be held in three units.

*** Applicants from all units must have at least 3.00 marks in SSC and HSC / equivalent examinations including 4th subject.

Application process for admission in Comilla University

To apply for admission in Comilla University Admission Test, send a prepaid Teletalk mobile phone to 16222. If the applicant has sufficient amount of money in Teletalk prepaid, the admission test fee will be deducted through an SMS and a user ID. And a password will be revealed. This user ID and password should be carefully stored. Once you apply for an SMS, it cannot be revoked.

How to send an SMS:

COU The first three letters of the HSC board nameHSC rollHSC year The first three letters of the SSC board nameSSC rollSSC year The name of the unit.

Example:

COUWith7891232018With1234562016A

Here are the first three letters for COM Comilla Board. 789123 is the HSC roll. 2018 is the year of passing HSC. 123456 is the SSC roll for the SSC year 2016 and finally “A” for the unit name.

Board shortcodes – Comilla (COM), Sylhet (SYL), Barisal (BAR), Chittagong (CHI), Dhaka (DHA), Dinajpur (DIN), Yashar (JES), Rajshahi (RAJ), Madrasa (MAD), Technical Education Bird ( TEC)

If all the information is correct after sending the above SMS, the return SMS will ask for the applicant’s name, expected unit, admission fee and a PIN confirmation. You will then need to confirm by sending another SMS to 16222. For compliance first the COU, then YES with space, PIN with space, the applicant has to send a mobile number and for JEGAZAEGEG send SMS to 16222. Example – COU Yes PIN number 01XXXXXXXXX

Note that the admission test fee will be deducted from the applicant’s mobile phone only after sending an SMS with consent, otherwise the fee will not be deducted.

If Teletalk has sufficient amount of money, the applicant for admission to the unit will be given a user ID and password through SMS after deducting the prescribed fee for admission. Once you apply for SMS, it cannot be withdrawn

To download the entry form, please browse http://col.teletalk.com.bd. Clicking on the COU admin option will allow the applicant to display the information and log in with your own user ID and password and will have the option to upgrade the photo and signature. The image (length x width) 300 x 300 pixels and the signature (length x width) 300 x 80 pixels (maximum 60 kb) will automatically create the entry form. You can then download the entry form in PDF format.

• Pictures are not taken in the dark.
• One copy of the admission test should be kept and other copies should be submitted to the concerned inspector.
• Once the picture and signature are up, no appropriate changes
