The Department of Secondary and Higher Education has issued a notification for senior teachers of government secondary schools to become Upazila Secondary Education Officers. According to the notification, according to the Government Act-2018 (Act No. 57 of 2016), the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Employees) Recruitment Rules-2021, there is a provision to appoint 50% senior teachers in the post of Upazila Secondary Education Officer. From among the promoted senior teachers, it is necessary to be promoted to the post of Upazila Secondary Education Officer. In this case, from among the promoted senior teachers (according to seniority), the candidates interested in the post of Upazila Secondary Education Officer on the basis of transfer-filled post should fill in the ‘Email: dd-sec@dshe.gov.bd’ by e-mail within the next 07 (seven) working days.
